Refund policy

We at 4BDN Collectibles prioritize our shipping as #1 and we take care of our customers as if the package was for us, that being said your order will be shipped with the most care and protection in the world and we guarantee that. We put protector (If Available) on every Funko pop we list and we use a special kind of bubble wrap that encases your collectible and sticks to it with no residue, if it's a high ticket item a (Grail) we take even more caution and even ship with double boxes if needed, we also fill the box with air pockets or fill paper to ensure your item does move around providing a nice and smooth delivery. Our shipping and transparency are what sets us apart from the other sellers, we actually care and will help if there's anything wrong with the order even if it wasn't our fault. Our return/exchanges policy is very strict because we aim for greatness and satisfaction. Thank you for viewing us for your next treasure.

We have a 7-day return policy for DAMAGES/WRONG ITEMS ONLY!!, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a DAMAGED/WRONG ITEM return, IF ITEM IS DAMAGE PLEASE PROVIDE AS MUCH DETAILS AS POSSIBLE, WE'RE NOT RESPONSABLE FOR SHIPPING DAMAGES, BUT WE CAN REVIEW AND HELP WITH WHAT TO DO NEXT.

IF your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please include as much detail as possible and photos, so we can carefully analyze and help you with your purchase /return.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

ONLY EXCEPTION WILL BE IF THE WRONG ITEM IS SENT OR ITEM IS DAMAGED OR DIFFENT CONDITIONS FROM PHOTOS PROVIDED IN THE DESCRIPTION.

DAMAGED/WRONG ITEM Refunds If Accepted:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
